sidekick 3 thoughts

So I've been running around with a SK3 for a week or so now. And I really like it. The phone reception is so - so compared to the el cheapo phone I replaced (on same network) - but the useability of the device makes me not care so much.

At this point I'm pulling down the sidekick SDK to see what kind of magic one can unleash on the device (i hope that doesn't suck).

The thing that is the most disappointing is the inability to make your own ringtones. I figure T-Mo wants to charge me for their ringtones -- but I'd rather make my own.... anybody figure this one out yet?
